The tires are Nitto NT-01's because #1 I'm cheap. ;-) #2 is because they have decent grip and #3, they last a pretty long time. (did I mention I was cheap!?) As far as the brake ducts go, are you kidding? Absolutely the 'Flying Pig' had brake ducts installed on it for this event. Plumbed through the fog light openings with 4"-3" reducers. After having driven another heavy assed Mustang (my 2000 Cobra R) on track, I would NEVER go the the track without front brake ducts on a Mustang. And yes, I still managed to overheat them a few times. :rollseyes If you've noticed in the videos, the only time I can make up the gap with these damn Z06's is in the braking zones!! (equal HP but heavier) :dancenana: This can be attributed to brake confidence I've spoken of in the past. I love Mustangs. I love to pass Vipers, Corvettes, Porsches and Ferraris on track with a Mustang. It's quality family entertainment. If you went to the track and passed a bunch of Mustangs with a Viper or Z06 nobody would even notice! :fart: Glad you like the hardware. I like to make stuff to trick out Mustangs to make them faster. I'm glad you're enjoying my hobby!:coolman::beer:
