There's house-poor, and then there's horse-poor. Some of these people lived out of their cars so they could keep a horse, and if you didn't load the feed in with the tags facing out, they'd throw a complete tantrum.</p><p></p><p>They hired a new girl at one point- looked just like Evangeline Lily. I was single, thought "hey, she's cute..." Started talking with her, only reason she got the job was for the employee discount on grain/feed/tack.
