“Did you create a ticket?” Sorry couldn't resist! I recently purchased the mpvi2 pro a couple months ago. A lot of friends recommended hp tuners to me that have been using it for probably 10 years now. After initial guidance from friends (hp tuners comes with no general or basic instructions) I’m Finally comfortable making simple adjustments to my tune. I’m no professional by any means and have been doing tons of research on calibrating/tuning. I can say I do like it but at the same time, without having some knowledgeable people giving me pointers, this thing would have been returned or for sale a week after I got it. It isn’t that I don’t understand that the company doesn’t teach you to tune, I get that. It’s the lack of support that has really surprised me. There are zero basic help features. No search function. Their responses to Joe Blow no name on the forums is also a bit snarky and they give zero detail. I do, however, like the Bluetooth datalogging. The mpvi2 is small and doesn’t get in the way of my big feet lol. I understood there was supposed to be a release for BT flashing of the pcm? I don’t know that I would use it though for fear of a lost signal and bricked pcm. I would however like the stand alone datalogging feature that has been advertised since last year. Still no eta for its release. I don’t bother asking on the forum, seems like you’re bothering them whenever it’s asked about. My ratings for them, as a new customer would be something like... Customer support- 4/10 Product Quality-7.5/10 with the exception of that goofy looking “pro-link” cable, which I give a 3 since it looks like something I’d piece together from stuff from Best Buy and radio shack. Ease of use-5/10 General instructions- 0/10 seeing as there aren’t any
