Got a Mach 1!!

my wife and i picked up a new mach 1 on saturday dec 14. its torch red.

if we had waited another few days, i could have bought the yellow 03 cobra convertible coming in this week. oh well.

ive not seen a yellow 03 in person yet. i cant wait for it to come in. ive also got a dsg 03, but i sold it already. im sure the yellow one won't last long.

so far, its awesome! ill post pics when the weather is permitting to take some.

trying to decide what, if any, mods will be done. right now just a k n filter. maybe triax shifter and catback exhaust.

any ideas anyone?

I just got my vin for my Azure blue the other week. Looks like a Feb delivery. About the mods, I will just get a new filter. Everything else I've heard is very nice stock, but there is a thread on Mach1registry about some mods on a Mach1.

Congrats! Haven't seen the red yet! I agree, they are just fine stock. But if you feel the need for (more) speed I would recommend basic bolt-ons. Exhaust first, then chip it. I'm curious to see how the Mach will respond to mods.I take it you got the auto? It does have a rather long stall under WOT at slow speeds, doesn't it? I didn't mind it though, I thought it was fun!
