Help after Ford service 100k mile tune up

Put everything u got into finding an expert. Dont let that dealership hack the car up even more. They did it ONCE already. If you are in Ohio.... maybe give these guys a call. They seem to specialize in mustangs. worth a shot/phone call and to see what they say is the path foward.
