Help! ASAP

Since no one looks in "New Edge Cobras" I'll ask the question here...

I have to remove the lower intake because I droped the EGR gasket in one of the runners...

Do the injectors just pop right out?

Is there anything that I should look out for when removing?

The fuel rails are loose... and I'm trying to pull the injectors out but they wiggle... and that's it. I don't want to try too hard from fear of breaking something. Should I release the pressure in the fuel rails? Should I pull on the injectors harder to come out?
