HELP!!! Mass Air Flow Sensor

Ok so my father has first generation Lightning and he is having some issues with his Mass Air Flow Sensor. The manufactures of the MAF are Pro-Flow Technologies. It is a Pro-M 75mm air sensor.
The company no longer exists, so I dont know where or how we can get the MAF sensor and computer tested.
He is able to start the Lightning but it will not stay on it shuts off.

-1993 Lighting
-5.8L Engine
-6 lbs boost Super Charger from Vortech
-10.5 Compression Ratio

any input/information that you can give me would be great

First you should try cleaning the MAF, http://dunne-rite.com/ is the company you want to call they can test and recall the MAF. It may just be dirty you can get some MAF cleaner at any auto parts store. What computer is in your truck.
