Help me count my Check Engine Blinks? Video inside! Self "Check Engine" Test.

Check engine lights been on snice I bought it, but has run fine.

Today it started stumbling, at a cruise below 3k rpm, give it gas and as it hits the 3k rpm mark it clears up and takes off.

Self engine Test was my option, but Im having trouble counting.....

I first tried to count the blinks in the truck couldn't get it, came inside and its like a zoo here with a four year old and 7 year old.

So if you can help me count them I would be grateful and will take it as a learning experience on how to do it.

I'm seeing more then one code here....

I tried counting them out but....

I'm not positive but I thought I counted a 183 and a 117....
