How long does it take O2 sensors to show ready?

Can they just do a safety inspection for a car that's registerd in an emission county?

I dont think they can, otherwise alot more people would be going to non emission counties and getting inspected.

The only other thing I can think of is maybe the 3" xpipe is throwing the readings off just enough to not set these final two monitors...

I just swapped the stock 2.25" h-pipe back and will drive it around some more in the mean time.

So this appears to have done the trick.

Lesson of the day? Don't run a 3" x-pipe with the stock cats and expect the o2 and o2 heater monitors to set.

OK, I too am in this boat now. Catalyst completed after a couple hundred miles, and its been a couple hundred more and O2, O2 heater, and Evap system will not complete My inspection will be up in a couple days (10 day temp) and I'm not sure exactly what to do.

OK, evap system finally completed, but I just can't get these O2's to complete. I'm over 500 miles driven, and I only have a couple days left
