Um.... if you look at the link you sent, it has more updated opinion. This is useful and what I was looking for. Like: "it uses Mercon-V Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF), which is an update from the original Mercon-III that is referenced on a label adhered to the transmission (and mentioned in the SVT Supplement). My choice, based on personal experience (as well as another conversation with a tech at Tremec) is Mobil1 ATF. ..." I also used Mobil1 in the TR-3650 from my 03 Mach 1 and works great (along with the Ford revised lower amount of fluid). Based on the info in the link, why would you ever point people to the older information of the supplement for this specific question? Just say here is the link with the updated opinions. The supplement guidance is 16 years old. I ask forums to get the "latest updates" (either by Ford or opinion). I still have the supplement and wasn't trying to be lazy. I really was just asking if it was revised by Ford. Like on the TR-3650 for better cold behavior. My first shift in the morning is terrible on the Cobra. This was also the case on my 03 mach 1. Ford revised the fluid down on the TR-3650 and it is much better in the morning. Does not seem to the be the guidance with the T-56. Thanks for the link.
