Got the chance to meet a very VERY cool member of this site last night, Willie. Ill say this right now: If Willie chimes in on a post or thread or question, trust his opinion. The man knows what he is talking about. Point blank. :D One of the coolest, complete and personalized cars ive ever seen. Without spoiling the details, hes got a rather tall supercharger under his hood. His hood is a Trufiber A53KR hood. Even with the KB 3/4" motor mounts in there, its STILL a tall S.O.B needing every inch of clearance the Trufiber provides to fit. Not even a slight chance in hell this big bastard supercharger will ever fit under a stock hood. Not even close lol 2 things: Oh hells to the yes I know Im going with a KB 4.2 or 4.7. Getting a return system first and big ID injectors for ethanol. I get the feeling this BAF will blow right past what pump fuel octane can support at part throttle. and Ive decided that I really like the look of the Trufiber A53KR on 10+ GT500s. Its nearly identical to the original 2008 KR hood and... well... it looks really cool. No way with a large KB will there ever be a chance to pass the car off as a sleeper even if I could stuff it under the stock hood. So why hide it. :D
