Hum sound from dashboard area

Anyone have or notice a "slight" hum sound coming from the dash area. I notice it with the radio off and pulling out of the garage.

I notice it while at idle and does not get louder when I give it gas. I thought I might have noticed it too while standing outside my car when opening my garage door....but I wasn't sure.


Any idea what this could be or anything to worry about?

I have an annoying buzz coming from the dash. It's a vibration/rubbing of some sort, because it doesn't do it when sitting still. Only when going over bumps or turning or accelarating hard. I can put my finger on the little section of dash underneath and to the right of the steering wheel and it will stop. But, no matter what I do, it won't stay away. It's pretty annoying.
