I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So i got my accufab throttle body in the mail today and when i tried to put it on i found that it runs into the intake manifold because the manifold is shaped like the throttle body where they meet. so what im gonna do is cut off thedivider on the intake manifold with a dremel tool. my question is, is there anyone who ran into this problem and what did you do or has anyone cut out the divider. any input is greatly appreciated. thanks guys.

Mine was a direct fit, no cutting :shrug:. You may want to call accufab before hacking your stuff up.

but how could it fit since the intake manifold you bolt it to is a double barrel with aluminum between them. a guy on stangnet said that MM&FF had to do the same thing. did you have a throttle body spacer? that might be why.

i just checked out accufabs website and they actually say on it that you do need to cut out the middle piece because they designed it to not be there.
