For turbo cobras, what does everyone do with the vacuum line that normally connects to the air intake pipe upstream of the throttle body? (Labeled "metered ambient pressure" in this diagram, upper right: http://diagrams.hissind.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/03-cobra-stock-vacuum-harness.jpg)

It looks like it goes to the bottom of the boost bypass valve, and I'm not sure how useful that would be in my case since while I still have the boost bypass (compound setup), it's on a GT PCM so there's no electronic command to it.

Any help would be appreciated.
