Intercooler brackets ... ?

Hey guys, looking under the front of my Cobra and I can see the brackets that hold the intercooler are starting to have surface rust ... What have others done to fix this ? How hard is it to remove from bumper ?

Are there replacements? or do I have to sand the stock ones? any help would be great

I just shot mine with some silver paint when I did the heat exchanger years ago. Still looking good aside from where rocks have slammed into it.

It's possible to remove the brackets/heat exchanger without taking the bumper off although it's much easier with it removed. Probably one of the easiest bumpers I've ever pulled. Headlights, couple screws, tabs, unplug the fogs... Takes longer to lift the front end up than it does to pull the bumper. lol
