I had a question, if you just got your lightning and was unaware of the intercooler recall. HOw would you go about checking to see if your truck has had the recall job done? Could I just go down to a local dealership and have them run the vin to see if the application was done? I am just asking because I have noticed some moisture build up that leaks a little from the cat. BUt it is water or condensation and does not look like coolant. I will check my coolant levels and see if they are changing, but if not should I just get the job done either way since it is under factory warranty?

Stop by a dealer and ask them to pull the service record up. If the intercooler was changed by a dealer under warranty it will be in the service records kept by Ford.
