Well, never realized this forum had an AX section and since it seems kind of dead I thought I'd post up here too! I usually hang around The Stang Gang forum and post up there more.

This last AX was my first time with my newly installed and bushing'd IRS (Bruce's bushing kit FTW!!!). Here's 2 vids of me learning the limit of my IRS lol ;) I have A LOT to learn - that's for sure!!

Despite the looks of it - I DIDN'T hit the timing equipment!!! PHEW!!!

That looks more like a slalom course instead of an autocross.
It looks like a lot of fun!

Pretty cool. How do you like the IRS Vs the solid setup?

It's VERY different! I like it a LOT more on the street - much smoother and comfortable. Also great in the corners out on the street.

As for the autoX - I have a lot to learn. It pushes the car differently with all the extra weight in the rear and the tires like to grip differently than the SA. Once I get used to it I'm sure it'll go better for me =)

Overall - the IRS is great and I'm loving it =)

As for the course looking like a slalom course...yeah. It's different every month and simply depends on the designer. That particular course was one of my least favorite as of late - but still fun of course!
