It's not too hard of a swap. From what I've read, you buy a certain k-member (forgot the company, but you can find out on www.modularfords.com or www.modularfox.com). Also, you change the brake booster to a "hydro" booster or something like that, and then you have to work on the wiring harness and stuff.
