Oh I plan on making lots of videos of it. I'm in Florida so the plan is to take it to Daytona, Sebring, and Homestead for their track days. Also the guy that runs the Dragtimes YouTube channel is down here so I'd like to see what it will do against a 720s :D. So the basic two pack kit with almost all the parts is low $50,000 range. But then you have options and drivetrain. You could put a junkyard Chevy 350 in there with a G50 5-speed transaxle. Or you could get all the carbon fiber bits (splitter, wing, scoops, wheel well vents), AIM digital dash, upgraded brakes, etc, etc. My kit came to the low $90k ballpark and then I will have to add the LT5 and Porsche Turbo transaxle. But this is a car with the performance potential of a Group C LeMans car or better that you can put a license plate on. I'm getting the U.S. spec left hand drive. Yeah I almost got a GTR two years ago before buying the Viper, but thought it just looked dated. Then I saw the RS come out over the summer and finally made the move to sell the Viper to semi-fund this. Nice! Are you documenting the build at all? Start a thread and post pics.. or link to it if you already did. I'd like to check it out.
