If you're from the area, I'm sure there is talk about the Raceway gas station, allowing NMRA'ers to come on the property to hang out and have a burnout fest/ contest as seen on 1320 videos during LS Fest recently.
My question is, will the participants become automatic targets and/or noted as being a participant and pulled over when leaving?
Being private property, I assume the property owner can do whatever he wants on his property, but I'm sure there are noise ordinances and public safety laws that could invite other trouble.
I guess in essence, I just want to know whether or not I should stop by there or not or just watch from an adjacent lot?
