Kooks claims you get 40rwhp and more rwtq from their Longtubes and offroad x system. Have any of you guys installed LT's on your GT 500 and had a before and after dyno? Vendors do usually claim more HP/TQ than actual real world numbers, so I wanted to get feedback from the owners first.

I thought I might mate that up to the Mac axel back or SLP loudmouths:rockon:

I said the same thing and the only true tests that people have done that I have seen and didnt save. Showed less than must companys claim and from what I remember seeing on the dyno sheets from before and after were mostly gains in the mid range. Not to say I wouldnt put them on, but if you dont have a good amount of mods done already save the money and spend it on things that are a better bang for the buck.

I have kooks with catted x...no before or after numbers. Heat removal, sound and power gains...what's not to like. The more power you make the bigger the gains across the entire curve.
