lining up holes for splitter, HOW?

: If you replace the front facia, how do you line the holes up for the dzues fasteners to match the splitters? Also, does anyone have any of the 110 fasteners, I have 2 splitters with the 110's, but I need the 110's for the blank splitters.
Also, how do you fasten the fasteners, I mean what is the name of the factory rivets and where do we get them?
