Location for bung on catted X-pipe for wideband

Where do I put the bung on my ss magnaflow catted x-pipe for a wideband and tuning purposes..before or after the cats?

Should I get a stainless steel one or will steel be fine?

Before the cats for sure. Get whichever one you like, doesn't matter.

Put the bung upstream of the cat on the driverside pipe.

You want to place on the top half of the pipe also. BTW, where did you locate a stainless one?

Here's where I installed mine. Whatever you do, make sure it is installed at an angle that will allow something to be screwed into it and ahead of the cat. I used SS (tough on the wallet), but I should never have to worry about it rusting. Also, throw the plug on with some anti-sieze so you can actually get it off at a later date!
