I have that kit with the KB 75mm twin throttle body, a Lund tune, and 4.10 gears; originally bought from Revan & installed by the previous owner. I have had some interactions with both Van and KB over the last 2 years; both experiences were good. The 2.8 LC is a great kit. My car makes more power on 93 octane than I can use on the street, even with 305 drag radials. That blower isn't breaking a sweat with the 3.0" pulley I have on it (~18 psi). Driveability is excellent; like a stock vehicle. It howls when you get on it. People that have never been in a blown car are freaked out by the power, but especially by the sound. Here's Van's dyno graph from a 2.8 LC on a stock 2013 GT500 running 93 octane and 18 lbs of boost. Stock manifolds and exhaust with an off-road H pipe, no internal work, not revving the piss out of the motor, and with a conservative tune. Stock lower, 3.0" upper (blue line). The red line is with a 3.25" upper. This kit is a lot older in release than most out there, but it is still competitive and really versatile (at least IMO). You can make a track monster out of it, or you can just run it as a street blower and it will do great. KB has a lot of info on their site..some of it is hype and bullshit, some is actually useful. I think if you call Van he will give you a pretty good run down of everything. This thread will give you a pretty good synopsis of the KB 2.8. https://www.svtperformance.com/threads/kenne-bell-2-8-on-a-2013-gt500.903765/ I'd suggest you continue to do exactly what you are doing now-finding input from people that actually own these kits.
