Looking for a Reputable Tuner near Quantico/Stafford Virginia... Help please

I'm about to get my Cobra delivered here from Ga and I'm thinking I should get the car retuned to compensate for elevation. What do you guys think? If so, can somebody direct me to a reputable tuner around here? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Gents! When's the next Cobra meet around here?
