Does anyone know where I can look into buying wide rims? I'm looking for about 12 inches wide. I can't find any online, maybe I'm just not looking in the right place. Any help would be appreciated.

Contact vorshlag, they can order you a wheel to fit from forgestar. they come in upto 13inch by 18s. you do have to make modifications to the rear inner well, there is a plate that is stuck to the frame that you need to take the spot welds off of it and a rear sway bar to fit. If you were looking to run 12inch in the front, you need camber plates and trimming of the endlink bolt. They have videos as well on their site.
Vorshlag would be a great starting point. The guys over at Hypermotive seem to work with the high end wheel manufactures as well (HRE, Vossen, True Forged).
