T56 transmission out of a 04 Mustang Cobra
5200 miles on it, freshly rebuilt (no miles on it since rebuild) with new 6th gear assembly

The transmission has 5180 miles on it exactly.
It has the D&D 26 spline input shaft on it.
The input shaft cost $300, plus labor to put it in. The input shaft has only 850 miles on it. I put it in with the new clutch.
The transmission has just been rebuilt (April 06) and has a new 6th gear and all new 5th and 6th parts. Everything has been replaced. I missed 4th gear at the track last october and 6th gear was dis-engaging since then. This has been fixed and has new parts and was rebuilt by a speed shop that specializes in rebuilding many T56 transmissions.
I am selling the transmission with the 26 spline D&D input shaft, T56bellhousing,transmission mount, MCLEOD Quadrant, Cable, and firewall adjuster for $1400. You can get a remanufactuered T56 from D&D for $2100 with the 26 spline input shaft. Buy all these parts and you'll spend $2495. IF I have to I will sell the trans by itself for $1200.
