I also have valvetrain clacking noise that is worst at idle but goes away off idle or is inaudible at least. I pulled the pan to make sure that the pickup tube was tightened to the oil pump and it was. This is driving me nuts! I've been working on this for about a year and now that I finally have it running this happens. I know this is a lot to read through but if anyone can help it would be great.</p></blockquote><p></p>
