Mach 1 Brake Cooling Ducts Install

Inconveniently, it is too small for 3 inch hoses. </p><p></p><p>Cut off wheel time:</p><p>[ATTACH=full]433544[/ATTACH]</p><p></p><p>I cut off the end of the fog light housing and left two tabs on each side for riveting on the dryer duct reducers (Lowe's high performance motorsports special).</p><p></p><p>With a little pinching with the vice and some blue paint, the reducers line up (sort of) on the opening. </p><p>[ATTACH=full]433545[/ATTACH]</p><p></p><p>We sealed up the openings with some tape and arrived at this:</p><p>[ATTACH=full]433546[/ATTACH]</p><p></p><p>From the top:</p><p>[ATTACH=full]433547[/ATTACH]</p><p></p><p>Installed:</p><p>[ATTACH=full]433548[/ATTACH]</p><p></p><p>The duct plates from Lambert Automotive (driver side):</p><p>[ATTACH=full]433549[/ATTACH]</p><p></p><p>Then, the hoses from Pit Stop USA, routed nicely around the sway bar (Passenger side):</p><p>[ATTACH=full]433550[/ATTACH]</p><p></p><p>The whole setup cost me around $110 bucks and a couple hours of labor between the two of us.
