[QUOTE="RBB, post: 16116204, member: 152686"] I've been a customer of Lund's for about 7 years now, and they were always pretty solid for basic tunes with simple mods. For more advanced mods/remote tuning I haven't had the greatest experience with them, and at this point I'd be inclined to believe you'd have better luck with BJ. They've gotten so big now, and you're just another number to them....they're trying to bang your tune out as quickly as possible, you can't speak to anyone on the phone, and that's not always the best approach. If there's anything wrong it's either due to your install or the infamous "bad gas". When I finished up my engine build and return fuel system install last year, I fired the car up and it immediately went into limp mode, car ran like shit. Couldn't even get through an idle log without the engine dying. Lund insisted that there was nothing wrong with his tune without so much as even reviewing it, and sent us down the rabbit hole of checking everything installed on the car for problems. After about 2 days of this, and double and triple checking everything, I assured him there were no install issues.
