Hey everybody, I'm finally getting another foxbody, but it has already had quite a bit of work done and has a manual valve body in it. I'm going to be using it for the track (previous ones were either dd's or stick), and wanted to know, which gear is the best for doing a burnout? I heard second gear, but others are saying it will eat the trans. My other question is do you have to be completely stopped before downshifting? The reason I am asking is because I will be driving it to the track, I don't have a way to trailer it. Last question is with a trans-brake, will it hold up to the stall on the torque converter (3200 rpm stall), or do I have to hold the pedal with a specific amount of pressure to keep it there? Sorry for the dumb questions, just never used one or been in a car with one. Thanks for the help in advance!
