I just ordered one as I'm now seeing 11-12psi of boost. It's supposedly good for up to 18psi. The bypass that came with the Vortech originally is only good up to 10psi.
Just wondering if anyone else has one and if they noticed any difference with compressor surge as you lift off the gas and the throttle plate closes pressing all that boosted air back at the blower?
Anything else you can tell me about setting it up would be appreciated too. I already have means to weld the flange on teh discharge tube but heard I may have to fabricate some kind of hose connection to plumb back to the powerpipe inlet.
