Need to let you prospective MCT members know about a couple of very cool things going on with the club.

First is it is now easier to join, completely online. You can now pay via PAYPAL right on the site.

Second is the discounts available only to paid members.
BilletFlow is giving us a 15%. That takes a hell of a chunk of funds out of a pulley/idler setup, or even a throttle body. Also you never know what very cool things Doug is going to be offering in the future. I already saved my $40 membership fee FOUR TIMES OVER shopping there.
There are other vendors negotiating to allow us discounts as well. Not set in stone yet but one of them is a local big parts supplier/tuner/dyno and the other is an expert tuner that hass all the best go fast mods for our cars. Those will be made known to you when the deals are setup.
The number of our members directly affects our bargaining power with these vendors.

Third is the logo of our club. It is going to be printed on a sticker sized just right for the rear quarter window glass. It will be distinctly noticeable but very tasteful. The silver areas will look very nice and all the black areas are actually cut out or clear. Attached is an example.

There are also club t-shirts in the works.

Please go check out the site, join up either by mail-in or online, and help us build this in to the biggest Terminator club in the country.

Thanks for the Avatar Dave. BTW, I sent in my dues about a week or so ago. Looking forward to future meetings and the discounts with vendors.

Is the color cruise on for next week still?? The site says so but no official start time. Just curious.

We will have to confirm the info from SVTOA later in the week to get the details...they have a second date posted that I am assuming is a bad weather back-up for the 11th.

Here is the link to their calendar...SVTOA

Just got this in;

Just wanted to remind everyone that the 3rd Annual Fall Color Cruise
is this Saturday. Please meet at Jack Demmer Ford at 8:30 Saturday
morning. Along the way there will be ample opportunity to get
doughnuts and cider/coffee as we will make a few stops along the way
to Paul's High Performance in Jackson, MI. Once at Pauls, there will
be limited opportunity to dyno your vehicle and for $5 per person, you
may enjoy the hospitality of SVTOA and their grill team with some food
and drink.

Yea how much and what exactly is meant by a limited opportunity for dyno runs. I would really like to have mine dyno'd since I never have yet. Just curious.

Not sure of the cost of the dyno runs at PHP...and the limited thing is a bit odd also...:dw: ...BUT...I do know how much a dyno run is the MCT Dyno Day Finale @ Livernois Motorsports on Oct. 18.:-D

$35 for 2 pulls w/o A/F
$40 for 2 pulls with A/F:thumbsup:
