I wanted to ask others what I should do. Long story short. Father left me a 16 ft aluminum flat bottom 4 row john boat. Youngest sister, without asking, let a local church borrow it for vacation bible school or such. She never got it back. Fast forward. I have called and messaged several times over the last almost 2 years to get the boat back. All I am getting is. We can't find it. No one knows where it is. No one has seen it. We can't help you no further. I have got this from the Pastor's wife every time I have called. They are really well known in our community. Both own businesses. Both have worked for the Board of Education. He is a PHD holder. She is a teacher. ETC, etc, etc. I have exhausted trying to contact them to get the boat or get it replaced. What would you do? I am afraid local attorneys would side with them since they own the local Day Care in the city where most of our attorneys are. Last thing I did was sent her a message showing her a like style boat and the cost and asked her to go get it for me to replace the one that she "lost." I have had no response in the last few months from that conversation. Plus they avoid me and my wife out in public. Thanks everyone.
