Well, found out that not only are my wife and I having 1 kiddo....we are having twins!! Now all the toys definitely have to go.
Gonna put the GT500 back to stock and sell it it so I have lots of aftermarket stuff to sell.
First up is the engine....
It is a longblock built by MMR. Consists of:
GT500 shortblock-$4000
Head studs, FelPro head gaskets and HD oil pump upgrade-$570
Stage 3 ported GT500 heads-$4000
(no stage 3 listed on site, but I already had the heads and sent them in for stage 3 treatment)
Valve spring and titanium retainer upgrade-$950
Stage 2 custom turbo camshafts-$1300
intake manifold to replace supercharger custom by MMR-$950
Billet rear cover/support-$140
Lightweight 08 GT500 balancer-$340
Fabricated deep sump oil pan-$230
All new timing components-$580
TOTAL: $13,060 This doesn't include shipping and the wait time as well. I waited 3 months for this set-up.
