My break in period (2011 svtpp)

I remember reading people test driving the 07-09 GT500s and always mentioning the "break in period" of 5,000 miles to get the full Cobra effect.

Mine finally came at about 4,700 miles and 2 notable differences..
the whining on the Eaton is definitely louder and the car also pulls harder.

I did not really believe in that "5,000 mile" break in period but man was I wrong.

You'll make more power as the engine breaks in, but it will be subtle, you wouldn't feel it all at once... Cool weather and good air will make a big difference though.
