I would piece the kit together instead of buying their kit. Its cheaper. If youre warranty conscious id stick to being stock for the warranty period and spend the money on autocrossing the car. In factory form the Fiesta ST absolutely dominates the H-street class. Stock class build that will keep your warranty: Koni Sport dampers front and rear 16x7" wheels w/ 205/45R16 Bridgestone RE71r's Eibach rear sway bar The stage kits and any tuning put you out of stock class. So once they are installed he is going straight to STH which is hell for a Fiesta ST. My suggestions for a stage 2 kit by piece-meal if he must go that route: ~Whoosh Motorsport front mount v2 - stock location front mount, good through a hybrid/big turbo setup. No need to go larger unless youre going to absolute max power. ~K&N/Cobb/Green/ITG - drop in filter. No power increase. Just easier than the $30 factory filter that needs to be changed every 12k miles. I run the K&N and have never had an issue. ~Cobb Access Port V3 with a 93/E30 tune - i personally run Dizzy Tunings 93/E30 tunes and they have been exceptional. ~Whoosh Motorsports rear motor mount or CP-e rear motor mount(if he can afford it). The CP-e is the best mount ive used but its significantly more expensive. It uses an EPDM bushing instead of the poly bushings of others. Mine has been going strong for a LONG time versus the poly versions ive tried which oblong after a while. ~Go Fast Bits Diverter valve upgrade. I run the original recirculating one but they did introduce one for the "BOV" crowd that does vent to atmosphere and cause the "whoosh" sound the kids love at each shift. I like the subtle version better as the loud "whoosh" noise tends to get annoying with the short 1-2 gear ratios of the IB6 gearbox. The rest of the bolt on parts are malarky. Quite a few tuners have done the datalogs and it shows the expensive bolt ons are not worth the money. Youre better off saving the money and going big turbo kit. The parts above on E30 is the max power you will get out of a stock turbo Fiesta ST and is somewhere in the 220whp range and nearly 300wtq. It will blow the tires off in 1st, 2nd and into 3rd if not on sticky rubber. I built mine from daily driver, going 100miles each way to work, to now a track toy/weekend fun toy/autcross car. If you have any other questions let me know. Here is mine for some inspiration. They were taken at a local autocross club event a few weeks ago.
