Need Advice. Good deal or not, 03 SVT...

I came across a 2003 Yellow SVT Cobra for $18,300 bucks.

It has roughly 13k on the odometer. Carfax certified, one owner, no accidents or damage as well.

How could I not take this offer. Could there be anything wrong with this deal...seems a bit low to me, the lowest I've EVER seen an 03 SVT go for was $21,500 and it had a few minor issues I believe. Could it be theyre just trying to sell it quickly? I sure hope so. Advice anyone!!!

take it somewhere and have it looked at

I plan on getting it carfaxed, Ford warranty work report, and also taking it to a licensed SVT dealer or something of the sort and getting it checked out completely. Hopefully this is a true deal and not a misprint or anything hah. I'm awaiting a response from him still gahh...
