As a citizen of the fair city of Las Vegas, maybe I can help: 1. Masks are required in public, indoor spaces...no exceptions. All the strip casinos are open (except for maybe the Tropicana...I'm not sure about that one. Mirage just reopened recently). Resorts have zero tolerance for not wearing masks. If you've seen vids of people in casinos without masks, that is a major breach by security. They are cracking down pretty hard (but see #5 below; maybe people are getting away without wearing masks because security has its hands full with the tomfoolery going on). 2. You may remove your mask to eat and drink, but restaurants really aren't packed right now. Buffets are not open. Wynn tried reopening their buffet but it just wasn't working out so they closed it back down last week. 3. I'm not sure about outdoor areas/pools. I don't think you need to wear masks at the pool but you may want to ask that specific question before you go. 4. That Jacob guy does have good info but he's a tool. If you can stand his personality you can watch his vids and get some good info. 5. I can't speak for the Bellagio, but the general consensus around town is that the cheaper prices on the strip are attracting a "lower level" of clientele. Dealers, servers, and cocktail waitresses are reporting a 70% decline in tips...in other words, a lot of lowlifes who can't afford Vegas suddenly can, and they are going and causing a lot of mischief. Crime and disturbances have increased on the strip as a result of these jackasses. 6. Bars have not reopened.
