We’re not seeing everything that happened in this video. We didnt see the scraper being thrown or what else happened and who actually was the initial aggressor. Besides all of that, unless youre in a “stand your ground” state (and im not even sure about there), you have a duty to retreat from danger if possible, before you can use lethal force in self defense. The guy appeared to go back into his home and retrieve a handgun. We cant be sure if he already had it on him. Either way, he retreated back into the safety of his home and was not being followed. He could have sat and watched tv or called the police, etc... instead he came back outside and pointed a gun at the couple. Neither of the couple advanced towards him, she just kept running her big mouth. I dont see any potential “fear of life” defense here. This was simply two executions. His handgun must have run out of ammo so he went back inside and grabbed another loaded weapon rather than spending time to reload the mag. he went back home and grabbed the long gun and coming back, quite a bit later. Theres just no way he could form any kind of self defense argument after that. You’d be lucky if you got manslaughter instead of murder after that. He knew he was ****ed and took himself out. And now the whole neighborhood is a slightly better place with these 3 gone. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
