New 03: the vibe, the pull, and the stall

What an amazing machine. The car is perfect. Got together with a fellow 03 owner Sunday, did a full detail, did the hood blanket mod and the snorkel removal.

I figured I would give everyone the 72 hour update. Interesting facts:

Miles on car off truck: 3.3
Miles on car at delivery: 5
Smile on face: ear to ear

First fill-up: 156 miles
Total gallons dispensed: 12.4
Miles per gallon on first tank: 12.177
Times foot was on it: too many times to count.

Total milage on car right now: 255
Why I'm not driving it right now: need to work to pay for the car.

This thing is a beast. It is the most confident ride I have ever been in. Everyone loves the car. My nephew acted as if I took away his favorite toy when I told him to get out so we could go inside for dinner....

No... it's a birthday card, and all that junk is on the carport is yours if you want it. I think that truck was left by the previous owners. My brother-in-law likes to buy old houses, clean them up and sell them... this is property #5, it will be on the market in 2-3 weeks. What a dump. It will be pretty once we're done.
