Although we at Signature don’t have plans to replicate that wheel, this was a good opportunity to showcase our Precision Series SV703. He built some for my GT350R and Foxbody, so I also had him dream up something new for the 500. I wanted something that reflected my matching vin and chassis number of #68. End result was door numbers with a different color way for both sides. Super pleased with how they came out. On track days I just tape the leading edge and let the car eat. As most know the OEM cover for the tow hook is removable, so no need to drill or cut to install one. My car will be geared more toward road-course use, and as such I don’t mind running a tow hook all the time. I cut a hole tight to the diameter of the Racesng shaft and will be using a rubber grommet around it to keep out air getting behind the bumper. Did some custom coloring to the Racesng logo in blue to match the car.
