nitto's are out of round

I bought 4 nitto 404's and 4 boyds wheels from you for my lightning , first I got two bent rims from you ,sent those 2 back with the 2 tires , waited 8 weeks to get new ones. Took truck to the alingment shop to check balance.
Now I have two tires out of round from you. What can I do to resolve this problem? Thanks, Brad Kliphouse

How did you come to the conclusion that there is an out of round tire?

The alignment shop put it on jack stands and spun the tires with a machine,
you could see them out of round from 15 feet away!
