I live in Northern Alberta. We see this all the time where I live.

THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION IS USING THESE LIGHTS TO SPREAD THE COVID VACCINE
We had quite the show in east TN. Lots of reds/greens. Could just barely make things out with the naked eye, but iPhone did its magic and we had some strong colors. I'll get some posted up later.
Southeast Tennessee, halfway between knoxville and Chattanooga.
