Oil cooler line replacement

I just had the oil cooler line TSB done. I'm looking at my front splitter and notice that it is not on right. Does the splitter need to be removed in order to replace the oil cooler line or is this just a coincidence. None of the screws that hold the splitter to the bottom of the front fascia are there. Just wondering if dealer forgot the reinstall when putting back together.

Yes the splitter has to come off. I noted this with the service writer and told her to have the tech watch the Ford video on installing the splitter. Mine came back perfect. I have a feeling that they also reflashed the ECM, as all of my settings for launch control, HUD tach, steering, etc. were set back to factory settings.

For those in NJ, Maplecrest Ford in Mendham did the replacement with no issues. Splitter was put back on correctly, oil was topped off and filter torqued correctly.
