I work at a ford dealer, and when i rebuilt my wrecked car, i had to replace the passenger airbag myself. You take the 4 screws that hold the glove compartment in, and remove the glove box. There are 2 locking tabs that hold what I believe one of the body modules onto the bottom side of the air bag module. Under (or actually above) the body module is the airbag. 2 screws hold it onto the dash support bar. Unplug the one harness to the airbag, and the airbag just pushes out the dash. Reverse the steps and you're golden! Obviously the battery will be unhooked for this as well. I dont think the air bag module needs to even be reprogrammed for the new bag either. Might take an hour to do. Don't worry boys, they wont be able to mess something like this up! Brian
