polished 4-lug 03-04 cobras wheels and tires

Just got them last month and found out yesterday they rub the front struts and i dont feel like spending another 100.00 on spacers. They have normal scratches and wear on the rims. I was told the front tires have less than 3000 miles on them, they are Hankook Ventus HRII H405 245-45-17. The rear tires are brand new and just mounted yesterday. They are Sumitomo HTR Z II 255-40-17. I have almost 750.00 in the wheels, tires and mounting.

Im located in Shepherdsville KY right off of I-65. I have no way to transport these.

Polished rims dont show scratches very well in pictures but ill try and get more pictures tomorrow.

Im just going to say all 3 to be safe. Its all normal things that wheels that are DD's look like.
