Damnnnn, that's a crazy injury. How did it happen? I have a similar injury on my left arm almost in the same spot. I was about 10 or 12 years old myself when I fell off a fence that I was walking along the top of. The bottom part was up, so the barbs were almost like a "w" shape. Ripped my arm as I fell to my feet. I didn't know anything happened till I looked at my arm. My brother immediately started panicking like crazy. My mom almost passed out when I showed her my arm and all the blood. It was pretty nasty. I could see flesh. lol Needed 20 stitches outside and 8 stitches inside. I had to have a surgeon sew up the wound, the ER doctor couldn't do it. What a scary and painful day that was. I'll never forget it.
