I have an 2011 Mustang GT Base model. Would like to know if it is possible to have a driver side power seat installed?

Easiest way would be to get a flash light and check under the seat to see if there are power connectors there.
Remember though, it's always cheaper to let the factory subsidize some of those costs for you. In your position, I would be looking at a better seat option instead of a factory seat.
I'm not sure if you do any track events, but having a good seat like a Recaro will really come in handy.
