Yeah, I'd take the stock 03 Cobra over the saleen or vette.

that picture of the saleen was a 2003 saleen, I did not look futher into the HP, I assumed they were using the current engine from the cobra. But I could be mistaken. You are correct about the 2002 saleen 281I it does have 360hp.

The new saleen s-281 has 365 hp but that is a saleen cobra,thus,390 hp.

Z06 beats the ferrari in all measures of performance....but you know what i wouldn't think twice about taking the ferrari over the vette anyday of the week...

I personally own a 2001 vette and had an order to buy the cobra before All american Ford in Hackensack NJ SVT authorized dealer screwed me over...then i went out and ordered the vette same day.

Now not trying to sound snobby in anyway here...but the only people who compare things like that are people that cant afford the cars thats why they talk like your not getting your $'s worth...

Thats like buying a honda putting $5000 into it and beating your cobra in a race then saying the cobra is a POS cause he spent less on his car and beat you, i know i would still want to be driving the cobra home after that race...
